While the Australian Defence Force makes every effort to maintain the currency and accuracy of the information contained in the Database, the individual Services' remain responsible for the determination of eligibility for all qualifications issued by them irrespective of anything this database may seem to indicate.
It is not possible to include all the possible permutations of training and employment such as personnel who change Branch, Employment Category or Trade Group, amalgamations and extinctions of Branches, Employment Categories or Trade Groups, and the training of personnel by another Service. These cases will have to be considered by the Service Accreditation Offices on an individual basis.
Users who find the information misleading, confusing or just plain wrong, are encouraged to use the 'Request for More Information' facility to bring the matter to the attention of the website maintainers who will then amend the data pages or provide an explanation in the FAQ facility.
